Cranberry Gelatin

Ingredients
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 (0.3 ounce) packages of sugar-free cherry-flavored gelatin mix
- 1 (16-ounce) can of jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 (20-ounce) can of mandarin oranges, drained
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together the sugar-free cherry–flavored gelatin mix and the boiling water until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Mix in drained mandarin oranges and chopped walnuts.
- Chill the gelatin mixture in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours, or until set.
- Serve the cranberry gelatin with whipped cream (optional) and enjoy!
