Apple Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped cabbage
- 1 red apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 green apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise or vegan mayo
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped cabbage, chopped apples, and grated carrots.
- In a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar, mayonnaise, honey, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Fold the mayonnaise mixture into the cabbage mixture, ensuring everything is evenly coated.
- Mix in finely chopped walnuts and dried cranberries.
- Season the apple coleslaw with salt and pepper to taste.
