- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- ½ cup hot sauce

Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine the sausage, biscuit mix, cheese, hot sauce, and milk until a soft dough forms.
