Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage 
  • 2 cups biscuit mix 
  • 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ cup hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine the sausage, biscuit mix, cheese, hot sauce, and milk until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and space on a lined baking sheet 1 inch apart.
  4. Bake the cheddar sausage balls until golden brown for approximately 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
