Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup spinach, sautéed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Optional: chips or crackers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- in a skillet, sauté spinach, and minced garlic in a skillet for 5 minutes or until cooked down.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed spinach, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, and parmesan in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve hot, optionally with chips or crackers on the side.
